On Monday, I sprained my ankle, I have many times before so no point to the doctor because I know how to handle them (in an ace bandage, ice and elevation and remain wrapped) away from her as much as possible . Last night I woke in the night with a terrible pain in the ankle, and found that the association wound a little tight. I also noticed a lot of odor, red bumps on the back of the shoulders and around the collarbone and in front of my chest. You are not gone, and in fact, do not bite everybody. I think it's hives. Any help, how can I get rid of them?
